About UpGrade

UpGrade is here to ignite the future of New Hampshire’s tech workforce by promoting broader computer science education statewide. In order to meet this challenge, we need more individuals who are qualified to teach computer science courses. As NH’s aging population of tech workers exit from the workforce, launching the careers of the next generation of industry experts is essential to shape our future tech landscape. UpGrade helps to compensate teachers, career changers, expert retirees and recent college grads to level up their careers and become certified computer science teachers. This program was created by the New Hampshire legislature with a set amount of funding for stipends and reimbursements.

Once eligible, UpGrade participants who have completed their work may seek reimbursement using this application site: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/publish?EQBCT=ddfb721cea8e4258ac397bfa15c541cf
